Everything you need to know

What to expect – our funny little ways

Expect a warm welcome

We offer a warm welcome to all who come through our doors and are especially welcoming to newcomers.  After Sunday worship we offer the chance to chat over a "cuppa".

Our hymn/song book

Our hymn book is Singing the Faith, we have large print copies available if you need one, though for many of our services the words are projected on TV screens.

Prayer book

If you or someone you know is in need of prayer, we have a book in which you may write your prayer requests.  We pray for these people or situations during the service.  If you have a prayer request, speak to the person who welcomes you into church.

How we share Communion

When we share in Communion, we all stand together at the front of the church.  We eat the bread as it is given to us, but save the wine and drink it together.

Our bread is gluten free and our ‘wine’ is non-alcoholic grape juice, as we seek to be inclusive around the Lord’s Table.

If you do not wish to take communion please come forward for a blessing.  If you are not sure what communion is all about, please feel free talk to our minister.

Notices

Check the links for Sunday services & weekday activities.  There is something for everyone.  We also have a printed weekly notice sheet for you to take away with you.

Getting involved

If you decide to make our church your spiritual home, we would encourage you to use your gifts and skills to take an active part in church life.  If you want to get more involved please talk to someone in the leadership team.
