The Cinnamon Network aims to make it as easy as possible for local churches to transform their communities by reaching out and building life-giving relationships with those in greatest need.

Mike Royal is Co-Chief Executive of Cinnamon. He was formerly the National Director of TLG which enables churches to work with children & young people at risk of exclusion from school across the UK. He has a Masters degree in Black Theology from Birmingham University, is a Pentecostal Bishop & been married to Viviene for 26 years.
